Aurelia is an investor and operator with nearly a decade of experience spanning VC, private equity, strategy, and entrepreneurship. She began her career in early-stage ventures with Rocket Internet and co-founded a beverage brand, before building strategic expertise at BCG. She then moved into investing, first in venture and later at Apax Partners, where she focused on software and business services and took on hands-on roles within portfolio companies. Most recently, Aurelia has worked closely with founder-led and family-run businesses through key transitions, including her own.

Daphne’s roots
Daphne grew up in a family of tradespeople and entrepreneurs – and saw how essential skilled trades are to local communities but also the costs when great businesses aren’t set up to last.
Daphne’s journey
Daphne is an experienced investor and operator with a decade across private equity, venture capital, and strategy. She began her career launching ventures with Rocket Internet in Southeast Asia before advising companies on growth at Simon-Kucher & Partners. She later worked across a range of sectors at leading European investment funds, including Atomico, where she partnered with tech founders tackling legacy industry challenges. Most recently, Daphne has led operations in high-growth businesses across healthcare, agriculture, and supported the acquisition of a critical systems installation business.
